After careful consideration, we've decided to change our current payment procedures. This decision is due to the significant effort involved in managing cash transactions. In 2023, 90% of our transactions were cashless, which clearly indicated that it is neither practical nor sustainable to continue putting so much effort into cash transactions. We appreciate your understanding and believe that this change will in the end benefit all parties involved.
We welcome payments via all major credit cards, additionally Twint, Apple and GooglePay.
Anybody without one of these payment means can buy the Nordstern cashless card – which can be used at all our bars – with cash at the box office. The card is available in 50 CHF and 100 CHF and can be acquired and returned between 23:00 and 03:30 at the entrance. A deposit of 5 CHF will be subtracted from the chosen card amount but will be reimbursed upon return of the card.
Please book your locker online. This way you have immediate access with zero waiting time when entering the club.
Lockers are only bookable for the same day!

Lost items are stored for 2 months. Afterwards, ID cards and bank cards are destroyed, clothes and found objects are handed over for recycling.
